Excited to read in 2016!

So it’s finally Friday, and if I’m honest, this week has been tiring and, it’s 11pm here, yet I’m writing a blog post. And I know that it’s a little late, however, i really wanted to share a few of the books that I hope to read in 2016.
So, first off is On The Fence by Kasie West. I wanted to read this all the way through the summer of 2015 and all through the rest of the year, so I am determined to read this book this year. If I don’t, I will be thoroughly disappointed as I’ve been excited to read this book for what seems like forever. And, because of this book, well… Not only this book, I am now in ttal agreement of the statement “so many books, so little time”!

Secondly, I have set myself a goal of reading Flappers and Philosophers by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I have multiple reasons for wanting to read this book such as: the stories are set in a time that I love, so inbelieve that it will make it even more interesting, I’m really excited to read this book as I’ve looked through it and read little sections that have totally captured my attention and have drawn me in like a magnet! Also, this is my first own copy of claasic book that hasn’t been passed down, or borrowed, so i really feel like im growing up. But we cannot forget the most important detail: F. Scott Fitzgerald is a beautiful, captivating writier who steals your attention for hours through his amazing talent of writing. Everything that I have heard of him has been amazing, and I cannot ait to read more of his novels.

One book that I’ve heard so much about is November 9 by Colleen Hoover. This book has been all over bookstagram lately and, surcumbing to temptation, I looked it up on Amazon. I had no idea what the book was about, and when I was dine reading the blurb, I knew that I had to read it. Ive been trying to vary the genre of book I read, and I feel as though this book would be perfect! Not only that, but it sounds as if it has a bit if mystery to it, which has made me evenmore interested to read it.

Lastly, but definitely not least, is Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare. I cannot explain in words properly and fully how excited I really am to read this book. I love the way that the three series are linked together, and that they follow on nicely from each other. Furthermore, I think that Cassandra Clare has chosen a really story to follow, as it may (so I’ve heard) include the characters from The Mortal Instruments (Jace, Clary, Alec, Izzy, Simon, and even Tessa and Jem). However, before I read Lady Midnight, I would like to read the Shadowhunter Academy books that are about Simon ascending and becoming a Shadowhunter ?! Also, if I remember rightly, Alec and Magnus adopting a baby?! Can I just say: Awwwwwww. Anyway, I am so excited to read Lady Midnight I cannot even explain it in an understandable fashion so I will leave it there!
I really hope that 2016 is a good reading year, as I have any more books that I want to read (about 35). I will post another blog soonish, probably a nother review then something different! Please comment down below any improvements I can make and I will try to make them happen! Thank you xxx
