JULY WRAP-UP / HELLO AUGUST.

Hellloooo!!

So this month I went through a slump, broke up from school and that was basically it.

I actually BOUGHT books though!

I got:

  • The Raven Boys (review here)
  • Outlander.
  • Dragonfly in Amber.

The books that I read this month is a pitiful list. Well you can hardly call it a list.

MY FAVOURITES THIS MONTH:

  • OUTLANDERRRRR!!!

You may have made the connection between the books listed above. if you did… *patronising voice* well done little humans.

So I am obsessed with the TV (and am currently re-watching it right now*) and only found out about the books half way through season one. If you want to know more about my obsession-but-shush-don’t-call-it-that you can look here where I talk about the books I bought and outlander A LOT more.

I like the majority of the songs here. It’s pretty good!! **

*don’t judge me **Normally I don’t like pop music, so this is saying something.

BOOKS THAT I PLAN TO READ IN AUGUST:

  1. OUTLANDER.
  2. A DARKER SHADE OF MAGIC.
  3. A CHRISTMAS CAROL (for school — I know… LEAST SUMMER-Y READ EVER).
  4. And something else that I don’t know yet.

THINGS HAPPENING IN AUGUST.

Well, mu cherubs, as you read this I am currently in Cornwall and its been hella spontaneous as I decided on the day I was going and packed all my stuff in 30 minutes and then got my sister to drop me at the station.

I may have abandoned my blog for a bit, as my father MY STILL NOT HAVE WIFI after living somewhere for MORE THAN SIX MONTHS.

If you never hear from me again… now you know why.

That’s about all for this post because I have to leave for the train station in 30 mins or so because I’m an evil blogger and scheduling posts here there and everywhere.

lol I thought that I was gong to be organised but now I have a week or so without any posts WHINGE WHINGE.

WAAAAA MY LIFE IS SO UNORGANISED WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF.

RIGHT.

WHY AM I STILL IN CAPS?????

  4. Eugh, no why! You never realise how much you use it until you don’t have it! Still, Cornwall does sound nice. I’ve always wanted to go! How’s the weather? I hear it’s quite a lot warmer down there than it is here up north!
    Excited to see your thoughts on ‘Outlander’. Your thoughts may help me decide if I buy it myself 😛

    1. I know right!! I came to Cornwall for easter and that threw me into the deep end! Ive had several holidays with no wifi or signal and I still cannot cope :D. The weather has been ok some days, only 2 haven’t had some kind of rain!

      Outlander was absolutely brilliant! It’s one of those reads that you can just sit on a sofa and read all day (which actually happened for a few days because of the rain!). It was a slow read at times, but I actually really liked that as a lot happened throughout!
